HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
You can place an order through our website, by visiting our 'Shop' page. Once you have selected the desired product, visit your cart or checkout page and follow the prompts to make a payment.
Another option you have is to place an order via email. Feel free to send your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond to you within 24-48 hours.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY HAMPER ORDER ONLINE?
Not online at this stage. We're currently working on optimising our website to include personalisation features. Once this is made available, this will appear on our website. If you subscribe to our emails, we’ll let you know then too!
HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOMISED HAMPER?
We have a large range of products to choose from and this is organised quite easily. We can customise your hamper for a corporate event or a special occasion to suit your budget. Please feel free to contact us as we'd love to help!
From time to time we may need to substitute an item because it is temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will substitute with an item of similar or greater value.
We will, of course, inform you and confirm you are happy with the substitution. Otherwise, we will refund your purchase. Refer to our returns policy for further details.
2. DELIVERY INFORMATION
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
We ship Australia wide and shipping costs will vary depending on the location. We use a number of different courier services such as Sendle and Australia Post for our deliveries.
You have an option to have your hamper/s delivered straight to the recipient or to your nominated postal address. Please refer to our returns + exchanges policy for full terms and conditions.
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to the size of our hampers.
WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery times will vary depending on the location, whilst we can guarantee we will ship within 24-48 hours, it can take up to 10 days for delivery to rural areas. Greater and Metro Sydney suburbs can expect delivery within 2-3 business days, and interstate deliveries are anywhere between 3-5 business days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MY HAMPER URGENTLY?
Please get in touch before purchasing to make special arrangements. We may be able to assist in most circumstances and on some occasions can deliver on weekends to metro and greater Sydney suburbs for an additional delivery fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
The hamper may be left in a safe place at the delivery location, however, the courier may redirect the parcel to the nearest Australia Post for your collection as a signature on delivery is often required. If instructions are left for the hamper to be left with reception, outside your home or workplace then Hampers by Her cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.
